Buying a whole or half beef is an economical way for a family or group of friends to stock up on homegrown, high quality meat.
This deposit for our bulk beef option will reserve your whole or half animal for pickup or delivery by early October. (Deadline September 12th to cut to your specifications)
We will provide you with a cutting form so that we know how you would like your animal cut. We will happily guide you through this process if you would like.
Your beef will be dry aged and then cut and wrapped and immediately frozen to lock in all the nutrients and can be picked up or delivery arranged into Regina.

T-bone Steak / Striploin Steak / Top Sirloin Steak / Inside Round Roast / Cross Rib Roast / Cross Rib Steak / Ribeye Steak / Short Ribs / Stew Beef / Lean Ground Beef / Brisket / Soup Bones etc.
Organ meats available if desired.
Hanging weight will vary between 300-400 pounds for a half beef.
